About

All About the Truck

The truck can go almost anywhere and is fully self-contained.

With onboard water tanks and a generator, the truck can run without any hookups. If electricity is available, the truck needs 120v and can plugged into a 120v or 240v outlet.

For water, our fresh and gray water tanks provide all the water needed for the truck. If a spigot is available, our food grade hose can be attached.

All cooking equipment is run off the propane truck located at the back of the truck.

The truck can run on its own, but for larger events, an electirc outlet is preferred.
